T.I.M.E. Association General Assembly
Reinforce the T.I.M.E. double-degree community.Instituto Superior Técnico, Main Building, Salão Nobre
About the Event
The General Assembly programme will have a relaxed and informal atmosphere. This will give members the opportunity to strengthen the ties with their counterparts which we hope will result in new collaborative projects. This meeting has been structured to include a multitude of formats such as key-note presentations from top-level decision makers, workshops and workgroups to increase networking opportunities and discussion among members.
As an additional and complementary event, on October 11th before the formal Assembly, an international partner exhibition is being organised. T.I.M.E. Members can promote their institutions and innovative programmes. You are encouraged to participate. It’s a great opportunity to promote your institution at Técnico Lisboa. Availability is limited. As such, interested partners should register in the form above ASAP and indicate they would like to participate in the IDAY exhibition and have a booth for their University.

Accommodation
Lisbon is a great value destination in general, but accommodation and flights should always be booked well in-advance. This year and in October in particular, Lisbon is the destination of three major events and this will make hotel rates quite high. All major hotels are practically booked because of this. The accommodation proposed, which is all within a 5-10 min walking distance from the venue, has been negotiated and the availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Please book your travel and hotel accommodation as soon as possible.

However, Lisbon is also a dynamic city, rich in start-ups and spin-offs, international awards, and top level research and with many highly cited papers and scientific publications. Not only because of its history, but also because of its innovation and state of the art technology, the climate and cosmopolitan atmosphere and diverse indoor and outdoor activities, Lisbon is one of the most attractive cities in Europe, offering mobility students, locals and visitors an unforgettable and unique experience.
